Whispers directed at Player Characters do not appear in the logs

This is something that has been happening for years and it has remained unresolved. My players and me, by extension, cannot see whispers directed at PCs (not the players themselves but their characters) in the archive logs. We have tried to send messages to one another through many means and have concluded that it doesn't matter who sends the message but to whom. This is highly annoying since a lot of information and interaction that is sent to the players will be lost since it can only be accessed by the person who sent it, not by the person receiving it.

The conclusion is that players can't see whispers sent to their characters in the logs. They can see the ones they send to other characters but not the ones they receive to their characters. Ulvano, Zaracas and Rodan are the names of the player characters. As for NPCs, go with Godric and Saoirse.
