D&D 5E - New Player looking for a group to play with

Hi friends! I've been desperately wanting to play D&D after listening to the adventure zone podcast. I did a lot of research into D&D and pretty much taught myself how to play. I'm looking for maybe a more experienced DM (who is patient with people making mistakes), and some other new or experienced players! I don't have anyone near me who is interested in D&D so im hoping to find some people on here :) thanks!

Also im 18 so im looking for people in that age range to play with thanks!

Merry Met! We're not in your age range, but I'm used to DM'ing for people from 15-50. I'm in my early 30's myself. While I've been DM'ing since 2015, my partner is BRAND new as well. Read a bit but nothing beats playing your first game. I'm running a game that is all about having fun, being patient and not being TOO serious.&nbsp; Check us out. Hey Sophia.&nbsp; I am also super interested in finding a group to play with and am a fan of The Adventure Zone!&nbsp; I'm a bit older than you (29) but am young at heart :).&nbsp; I'm not brand new to D&amp;D, because I used to play 3.5 in undergrad, but I've been away from it for quite awhile and am interested in getting back into it with 5e.&nbsp; If we can find a DM and a few more players, I'd be totally interested in a game.&nbsp; I love playing with beginners.&nbsp; They bring a great, refreshing atmosphere to the game.&nbsp; Did you have any particular times or days you were thinking?

I’m also new to D&amp;D. Just had my first D&amp;D session yesterday; anime themed campaign lol. I like the idea that Leah suggested and I’d be down to join too :)

Hi Leah! I don't really mind the age gap (i mostly said that cause i'm afraid of old creepy dudes lmao) But yes id totally be interested. I am starting a new game of dnd5e with a session zero this week with people building characters and looking to see what people want to play. The time is 6PM PST, 9PM EST, 8PM CST, 7PM MST on Sunday. I am looking for 2 more players if your interested still.
