When using the tutorial, the Jukebox section requires that you click "+Add" to continue. However, there is no such button at the moment so the Jukebox tutorial is unusable.

That is a known issue. You will have to skip that section and try the feature in an actual game. The tutorial may have other sections that doesn't work either.
