There are a few marketplace things (mostly tokens and map assets) that get added to the free ones if you have a plus or pro account. Other than that, things still must be purchased.

Marketplace content are bought separately. As a Plus/Pro user you get access to some extra marketplace content , but generally speaking you need to purchase things separately.
