Video and Audio

The video and audio is very unreliable. It messes up a lot and doesn't work half of the time.
Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) If you need additional information on how to capture a console log we have additional information here: Submitting a Console Log in Firefox Submitting a Console Log in Chrome Thank you!
I know of several groups who had no problems with Roll20 starting to have the WebRTC becoming unusable last week. All in Germany, if that helps. It is not a browser issue, as it worked (mostly) perfectly fine only a week before that. Lots of Roll20 veterans who have been using it for years, so not an user issue. We are guessing it is due to an increased demand right now, which is understandable. We are hoping for some kind of fix. Playing RPG with our isolated / quarantined friends is a very welcome escape from a bleak reality right now.

As an update, it got better and better the last few days, seems as if the load is lessening or distributing.
