Dungeon of the Mad Mage add ons clear monsters

I just started on here and may be doing something wrong but tested this in several ways and looked at the forums. So.... Couldn't find any monsters on any maps and restarted campaign several times as forums suggested adjusting view etc.. This didn't work so did it without the add-ons and the monsters were there. Any way I can get my add-ons with my adventure? Thanks

It sounds like you may have purchased two incompatible marketplace items. The module has everything, monsters, maps, text, art, etc. The add on is for people who only want the maps, and art assets. Fro the Addon's marketplace page: Important Notice: The&nbsp; Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage &nbsp;- Map &amp; Card Deck Addon is not designed to be added into the core Dungeon of the Mad Mage adventure module, as these elements already exist within the module. Attempting to import them into the core module will result in your current maps being overwritten by the addon's maps. If you have indeed purchased both in error, don't worry. Just contact <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and they can probably sort you out quickly. This double purchase happens from time-to-time.

Thanks again for the response. Again I am brand new here and just wanted to play dungeon of the mad mage. I got the pro account and went to buy the module. It only came in a bundle. It contained the module, the add on tokens and add on&nbsp; secrets deck and the add on rune deck as well as some new maps I believe. If I open just the module without using the add ons that came with what I purchased for $50 then it works just fine. If I add the add ons the monsters disappear and are no longer placed for easy use. I do have the decks there to use easily. So I can not explain why this is. Only that it is the situation as it presents itself to me as a new user. If I have done something in error or purchased more than I should then please let me know. Thanks
