Please add this sentence to save new users from headaches

After&nbsp; too long &nbsp;I finally noticed that the failed images were JPEGs. Then I checked and, yep- the upload page says "JPG, PNG, GIF" So obviously this is a case of "user error" since I didn't know how to use the interface... but for the sake of&nbsp; future &nbsp;users who don't know how to use it- can you please make the instructions here more clear? Perhaps: "Acceptable formats are JPG, PNG, and GIF only." I'm loving the product so far, but little things like this are bit of a headache. Thanks for listening to this feedback!

I had thought this error was fixed? For anyone dealing with this, the quickest fix is to rename the file. There's no difference between jpeg and jpg other than the name. But I thought I had read somewhere that the name issue had been resolved.

Yeah, this was in the December 3 changelog . If you have a jpeg that is not uploading, you might want to hang onto it. The devs are dealing with a lot right now between illnesses and a huge influx of new users, but if this is still a problem, I'm sure they'd like a sample file.

Thanks for the reply! It took me about 15 different files before I noticed the trend. I just wanted to bring up the suggestion above in case a UI change is easier to deploy than a holistic solution.
