Charactermancer freezes at 90%

Charactermancer freezes at 90% while creating a first level character in the Ravenloft Strahd campaign. See screnshot, i tried with firefox and chrome, same result. Deleted and created character many times, still same result. Please advise...

Not sure if it is a related issue, but earlier this week one of my players had Charactermancer halt when it was nearly done.  He tried it multiple times.  In the end I was able to get it working, we think it was related to him having selected a language that he already had, or a custom language, or something very minor like that.  Sorry that's as much help as I can offer.  Good luck!

You have the character sheet popped out in its own browser window, and this often causes problems with many Roll20 features, including the Charactermancer. Turn off the setting under the Gear icon on the right-hand pane and launch the Charactermancer again.

Wow, thanks Rabulias, you had it right. I disabled the popup option and the Charactermancer went all the way up to 100% Have a nice day!
