Video problem on Roll20

Hi, guys! How are you enjoying your quarantine? Lots of played hours, I suppose. Has anyone had this same problem? Me and my buddy are trying to play through Roll20, using Discord for voice chat and video through Roll20's platform. The thing is: each one of us are able to see our own webcam output, but not the other one (I can see my webcam output and he can see his, but we don't see each other's output). Can some of you give me some help? (Btw, sorry if I wasn't clear, english is not my mother language hehe)

Under the settings (cog wheel), you need to indicate what you want to receive from other players.

Same thing is happening in my campaign! I did indeed verify that I have selected in options to send and receive audio and video. I would love to be able to see and hear my players. Any solutions?

We've had this same problem for the last six months.  I can see my output, but I see his icon image where there should be video.  He can see his output, but sees my icon.  We're both using chrome.  We're both set to send and receive video only (audio through discord).  We've tried changing browsers (firefox, safari, and Opera).  I'm on mac and he's pc, and we've been thinking it might be that?
