Hello When I try to play audio-tracks (mp3 files that I have uploaded) from the Jukebox in game, it does not play at all. The small timer in the Now playing widget does not show any time, just ... / ... I have tried both with Chrome and Firefox. I have disabled all extensions, cleared the browser cache, still not working If I try to play the track outside of a game in the Audio Management tool on the Roll20 website, it is playing as expected If I display the browser developer console, I can see the following error appearing when I click the Play button Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'libreaudio' of undefined     at Object.n.canPlaySound (VM856 LibreAudio.js:1)     at VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568     at Array.forEach (<anonymous>)     at Function.C.each.C.forEach (VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6)     at T.i.u.<computed> [as each] (VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7)     at T.i._scanForNewPlays (VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568)     at r (VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6) n.canPlaySound @ VM856 LibreAudio.js:1 (anonymous) @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 C.each.C.forEach @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6 u.<computed> @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7 _scanForNewPlays @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 r @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6 setTimeout (async) (anonymous) @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6 (anonymous) @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 setPlaylistPlaying @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 (anonymous) @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:566 trigger @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7 change @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7 set @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7 save @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:7 (anonymous) @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 C.each.C.forEach @ VM484 37356ee1-74af-4d86-81bb-4d611fd36fa5:6 (anonymous) @ VM485 cfbd93c8-af74-48d6-9ef0-cd48eaa5fd57:568 dispatch @ VM476 0745192b-955e-47e7-b785-93f89ba2ec2b:3076 elemData.handle @ VM476 0745192b-955e-47e7-b785-93f89ba2ec2b:2752 Thanks for any hep

Found the answer on another thread That's an issue with the Roll20 Enhancement Suite extension plugin. Please disregard. Sorry for the noise.
Hey there Stephane, I found that I'm having the same issue - Roll20 does not play my uploaded tracks any longer, which is a shame. R20ES is really a necessity at this point due to the immense quality of life that it provides - have you maybe found a workaround, or anything that might help me? I've had it working just fine up until now with the Enhancement Suite, so I don't quite know what must have happened, but given the fact that it's happening roughly at about the same time you're reporting it, makes me wonder. Thanks.

Hello I just found that the folks at Google removed the extension from Chrome Store since September 30th 2019, due to some infringements to the Google rules.  You can still install it, via a more convoluted procedure. You need to enable developer mode in the extensions, download the zipped product to your hard drive, unzip it in a permanent folder, and then load the extension from there. The developper released a new version with a fix for this issue yesterday. I will send you the link in a pm.
