Make card hands bigger?

I know there is a way using Stylus to make the card hand area bigger (to show more cards), but is there a way to have that area be bigger (zoomed in) as a whole? So the cards are bigger for small screens.

This thread discusses changing the size of the cards in hand, it's old so refers to stylish but don't use that... stick with stylus.

I used the code in a new style for Stylus but nothing happened. .cardinhand img {     max-width: 100% !important; }
