My Library Storage

1. Does this storage include everything in all my campaigns? 2. It appears that My Library is a place-holder for my image files before I use them as tokens or handout images or whatever. Is it safe to delete these files from here without affecting the tokens / handouts / characters I've created? 3. The storage list in my account doubled because I have both the token image saved in My Library and also created on my VTT map? Same for a character image or handout? Thanks.

In My Library, the "Recent Downloads" is actually what you have stored. Any folders you create are really just organizational tags to categorize things to find easily. Using an image in a handout or as a map doesn't duplicate it, but just calls on that image from your storage for display. You can delete things in folders without actually removing them from your account. If you delete things in the Recent Downloads section, that will remove the image from your account and break it anywhere it is used as part of a map, handout, token, portrait, etc. Anything there, music files you have stored, and custom token markers that you have stored will count against your storage quota. https://wiki.roll20.net/Storage_Allocation
