Possible master copy of purchased adventure maps?

I've recently purchased an adventure and am currently taking my group through it.  I love how the maps have the tokens already placed with basic stats, etc.  I'd like to remove the monster tokens as the players advance, but I'd also like the flexibility to keep them there (hidden perhaps) if I run it again with another group.  Is there a way to have a "master copy" of your maps from purchased adventures for reuse purposes?  

You can make as many games with the purchased adventures as you want. If it is an addon, just make new games and add it. If it is a module, just make a game with it. Either way, you get to start with a fresh copy of it.
