Purchase doesn't seem to work.

I've purchased the DM bundle which should include the "Essentials Kit: Compendium" for the Icespire Peak but when I go into compendium and search for Icespire or things that should be in the module I get zero results.  When I go into addons I don't see the ability to add the compendium.   When I go into spot to add token sets the DM bundle should include a character art pack but nothing shows up when I try to type it. I'd like to know where to level characters up and according to the reviews and guides I read the module that comes with the DM bundle has suggestions on what milestones people should level up at but in everything I purchased I don't see where that's listed and searching for milestone or leveling or experience only show's results that are about multiclassing or xp requirement (but not reward) tables, etc.  It seems like the adventure is missing huge chunks because content that the guide/review says are there like sidebars don't have any of that available in what I just bought.   Am I doing something wrong?  Are they not selling a module but only maps & statblocks and I'm expected to go buy the module independently also?   A bit frustrated here and some help would be greatly appreciated.

The Icespire Peak module is called "Essentials Kit Adventure" in the Modules list:

When you talk about adding "go into spot to add token sets" do you mean the Custom Token Markers area on the Game Details page?  That's just for the little status icons you can add to tokens.  Graphics you get as part of the Module will either be on a page in the Module, or in your Art Library.

I suspect that when you create a Module based on the "Essentials Adventure Kit", it will have characters and handouts with all the content about Milestones and such.

When I search the Journal for Experience or leveling or advancement I see nothing.  It searches the whole thing and not just the title right?   I didn't think of looking at the pregenerated characters but I went and checked and it just says stuff like " when you get 300 xp you get to 2nd level ".   But supposedly it uses milestone instead according to the reviews I read.   Actually... when I search experience in the journal it says there is nothing but when I look in some of the entries like the characters those words do exist.  Is there a way to get it to show up in the searches?

I'm really not sure about the searching issue.  I've not looked at the module, but usually milestones is an option that a GM uses at certain points, where they feel like the players should level.  On Dungeon of the Mad Mage, it's whenever you change levels.  Probably the original article you read about milestones in had some guidelines on where you might want to do that.
The Essential Kit adventure uses milestones based on players finishing quests.
