Using Attributes from a repeating section to create a list for a selection outside of the repeating set

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I'm trying to create a dynamic select list. I have a repeating set that allows the character to add a Spell with each spell having its own name. On load of the character sheet, I want to pull all the names of the spells and their row ID's from the repeating section and set up a new select element whose value is the row ID and the content it displays is the name of the spell. Is that possible or am I trying to do something that Roll20 doesn't support? Thanks Owen

Because of the restrictions roll20 enforces, we cannot dynamically create selects and their options.  The only thing we can do is change the contents of attributes, which can change the values of inputs, spans, textareas, but the contents of selects are fixed at design-time.

My experimentation was leading me to that conclusion but I thought I would ask just in case I was missing something.
