Character sheet won't load or display?

As a first time Roll20 GM I am watching the Roll20 YouTube video Learning Roll20: EP01 Character Sheets where they have selected this character sheet at 19:42 into the video -  EP01: Character Sheets As you can see here I have selected the D&D 5e by Roll 20 Character sheet for my test campaign, but it won't use the sheet in my game for some reason.  Is there a reason why?  Did something go wrong? Bump?  Has anyone experienced this where your character sheet won't come up? I have tried this on my Pro account and a separate Free account to see if it was user specific, and it does not appear to be.

Um, in picture 2, it shows the npc sheet properly. in picture 1 it can be seen that you have checked the box to show the NPC sheet by default when new sheets are created. If you click the cog icon in the corner of the npc sheet, the settings should appear for the sheet, including the option to change the sheet back to player sheet. Aha, so that is what it is. I didn't realize that the check mark for NPC was enabled by default for my logon.&nbsp; Thanks Andreas!&nbsp;&nbsp;
