Refund or Fix Bug please - Ravenloft Map Pack

Hello, I purchased Ravenloft Map Pack for my curse of strahd game only to realize mid session through that half of my NPC tokens, and half of my monster tokens werent coming out when i drag them from the journal. After researching online I found an older roll20 post. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8336436/curse-of-strahd-module-tokens-not-working" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/8336436/curse-of-strahd-module-tokens-not-working</a> I have a second game of strahd open with the map pack added and it also is not working properly. Their solution was to do major reconfiguring of the tokens, or remake it without the map pack. I remade the campaign without including the ravenloft map pack and everything is working fine. I'd either like to be able to use the map pack in the game I made without having to go through major hassle or get a refund for the product. Thank you,

Do you have both the module and the map pack installed? That was the issue the other poster you linked had.

Nvm, I'm an idiot and didnt read the description of castle ravenloft map pack correctly. Its just the same maps as in the module I thought it was extra maps.

This mix-up happens to more people than you might guess.

I have had the same issue - I purchased both without realizing it was duplicate material. Then the tokens wouldn't work in my campaign. So I had to create a new campaign for the party without the add-on, and re-do everything. But the tokens work without the add-on. I would appreciate a refund for the map pack, as I won't be able to use it with the game.
