Dice-Roll-Macro

Hi all We are playing WH40 Deathwatch Hopefully somebody can help: Important Macro: /roll {1d100} < (?{Skill value} + ?{modifier|0}) Why does this marco not run.?? Optional: Would be also nice a marco that calculate the "sucesses" for ever 10 or 20 Point below the maxvalue. /roll {1d100} < (?{Skill value} + ?{modifier|0}) /10 or 20 for example: WS = 45 + Mod 10 = 55 /roll 1d100< 55 Testroll = 35 Ever 10 points -> 55 +45+ 35 = 3 hits Ever 20 Points --> = 55 + 35 = 2 Hits. Thx.
the comparator doesn't like having math after it. try /roll {1d100} < [[?{Skill value} + ?{modifier|0}]] or /roll {?{Skill value} + ?{modifier|0}} > {1d100}
Thx. /roll {1d100}<[[?{Skill value} + ?{modifier|0}]] Does work. Now i only need a formula for autocal "how much" success" you had
Ok this monstrosity works in the Black Crusade version of the core mechanic where a basic pass or fail is considered 1 degree (In Deathwatch it is just considered a basic pass or fail so it would be 0 degrees). Unfortunately it can not do the Deathwatch version because a basic pass would be 0 and a basic fail would also be 0 and I don't think there is any way around that. /r floor((((ceil((?{Characteristic|1} + ?{Modifier|0} - 1d100 + 0.1)/10)) - 0.5) *1.01) + 0.5) Your other option is this which just gives you a decimal where like 3.2 or -0.4 where the first unit is the degree of pass/fail. I believe this is the most common way it is done. /r (?{Characteristic|1} + ?{Modifier|0} - 1d100)/10
