[LFDM] - To lead a 4-6 player party of newbies

Hi there,  I have a group of 4-6 older players looking for a campaign. Hello, John! I am a middle-school engineering teacher who also loves D&amp;D.&nbsp; I have been running games for about two years, with two consistent paid-campaigns (Saltmarsh and Exandria) and regular one-shots on an Adventurer's league Discord server.&nbsp; &nbsp;As a community-theatre actor, I am not afraid to bring in a character voice from time to time (including animals, hags, mushrooms...).&nbsp; I attempt to keep as close as possible to RAW rulings for consistency and enjoy creating scenarios to inspire creative role-play, challenging encounters, and exploration of mysterious new locations.&nbsp; I also run a weekly D&amp;D club for 7 and 8th graders, so I am definitely experienced in running for newer players. Here's a video with examples of scene narration, flow of combat, NPC voices, and players having a lot of fun! <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXn58I9G" rel="nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mXn58I9G</a>&nbsp; I am in USA Eastern Daylight Time, and would be able to do every other Friday or Saturday @ 21:30 for three hours, as you mentioned .&nbsp; If we started this weekend, I would be able to complete 7 sessions before my summer break ends and I go back to normal life.&nbsp;&nbsp; I would have two options for your group.&nbsp; One is set in Matthew Mercer's world of Exandria, taking place on the northern edge of the continent of Tal'Dorei, seeking a Vestige of Divergence on behalf of the Council of Whitestone.&nbsp; The other is set in my own homebrew world of Endless Desert, which is a thematic mix of the Goonies meets Moana meets Tatooine. The mapping and token system would be Roll20 and audio would be through Discord.&nbsp; I prefer push-to-talk for all players.&nbsp; Pay-rate would be $15 per player per three-hour session, payable through Paypal, which would compensate me for the time running as well as preparation time used to tailor the world and story to your characters, and out-of-game support.
