Assuming the 5e OGL sheet and that the PC has switched to look like an NPC template you should  be able to access the NPC settings and uncheck 'is NPC' down near the midpoint. That should  restore your PC as was.

I think it's just core attributes and HP that have the same names between the two? Could be wrong.

In the long run though, it might be safest to re-write the character. The separation of attributes is not designed for this purpose, but likely to facilitate creation of statblocks from the Compendium. There may be unexpected behavior.
