Is the Call of Cthulhu Compendium Complete?

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I recently purchased the CoC compendium, and it's missing the primary functionalities you purchase a compendium for.  The monsters are not currently drag-and-drop.  They drag from the compendium into the journal, and then dragging them from the journal creates a generic character sheet with the monster name.  It's not an NPC character sheet, it's not filled out, and it's a blank generic token. The equipment lacks drag-and-drop functionality as well. I use the official Roll20 CoC character sheet, and equipment cannot be dragged and dropped into character sheets.  Equipment can only be dropped into the journal as a handout. Is anyone else having these issues, or did I forget to do some critical step when using the compendium? If this is how it is currently supposed to function, does anyone know the timeline for implementing the functionality described above so that it functions on par with other compendiums? Thank you for your time.
Looks like we're stuck with this, unfortunately. The only reason I bought it was because I thought we were gonna get the same functions like D&D and other systems. Instead we got this atrocity.
Yikes.  I was hoping I was just being dumb and missed something.  I've sent them several email about this, including one asking for a refund because they sell this compendium as having that functionality.  That was about two weeks ago.  I'll let you know if I hear anything back from them.
They finally got back to me.  Apparently they are way underwater at the moment with responding to email.  Here's what they shared with me: " As it stands, drag and drop compatibility is still in development for that sheet/system. We're hoping to have additional news regarding that soon. if you would like a refund on the product, we are more than happy to help! Just let me know however you want to proceed."
