Is your campaign large? How long is it taking to launch your campaign normally (if you stay with the browser)? Could you go here and give us the information (except IP address) it gives you: http://supportdetails.com/ - Gauss
its not large, its when i begin to create it, and then double check my monster notes for what creatures to use etc. windows 7 screen res 1366 x 780 , firefox 19.0, browser size 1233x648 , color 24 bit , javascript enabled, flash vers. 11.5.502 , and cookies enabled

When you do not leave Firefox does it ever show 'not responding' in the top left section of the window? It sounds like your Firefox is having a hard time loading the map for some reason. If you could try Chrome and see if you have the same problem that would be helpful to identify if it is a browser issue or not. - Gauss
for some reason it wouldn't load on chrome, so i uninstalled and re- installed. and still would not load.. although my chrome seems slower then normal which leads me to believe it is corrupted :(
I also tried the tabletop again in firefox, and it seems that windows wont unfreeze untill after i close the internet

If you could solve the corruption problem and try again that would be helpful Until then could you check your Firefox console (cltr+shift+k) and report are any errors. - Gauss

Justin, how long are you giving it? Could you give it about 10minutes to load (not playing with any other window). I would like to see if it ever loads. - Gauss

We officially support Firefox so we should probably troubleshoot why it isn't working. But, if you are happy with using Chrome then you do not need to troubleshoot Firefox for us. It is your call. :) - Gauss
