Phantom Players in Server

Hello, Occasionally after everyone disconnects from a session, a player box will still appear in the lobby. This player will still appear to be there for several weeks, before suddenly disappearing. This is presenting a challenge for me as I'm trying to run a secret evil campaign behind the main players' backs, and a strange person in the lobby raises suspicion. Is there a known fix for this? 

It is a known glitch that happens when a player does not leave the session by using the exit game button (setting tab) but just closes their browser. If the player's avatar vanishes after a period of time, it usually means they went into the game then clicked the exit button (it could be other reasons also). The best way to deal with it is to just contact the player and tell them to enter the game and log out properly which should resolve the issue.

Yes, one of my players does it all the time. It's harmless except for the social issue the OP describes.
