While in a combat encounter with a Night Hag open as a separate window a player threw a Giant Weasel from a Bag of Tricks. So I grabbed the Giant Weasel from the Compendium and it overwrote the entire Night Hag character sheet (but not the bio). Grabbing the Night Hag from the Compendium again didn't fix it, it still kept coming up as a Giant Weasel. So I ran the rest of the encounter using my hard copy Monster Manual. After the session was finished, I was able to delete the Journal entry for the Night Hag and grab it again from the Compendium, which restored it. A real P.I.T.A during a combat encounter....
