Created a map and it was just a black square to all my players

Hello there! I'm new to DM'ing on Roll20 and I created a map from scratch for my campaign. When I ran my session and had the players land on the map they just saw black.   I tested it out before and with just one of the players and they could see the map, but when I got the whole group together it just a big black square. I logged in under player and saw the same thing, but my DM screen showed the map, so i'm confused. I’ve made sure the fog of war wasn’t enabled, that the player ribbon was on the right map, my browser cache was cleared, no add ons were running/interfering.  Any help you send my way would be deeply appreciated, we had to play on another map and it was a mess.  It totally made DM’ing the session miserable. Thank you in advance! Francisco

Hard to tell without seeing page and token settings, but here are things to check: Tokens were assigned to characters, and those characters were assigned to players If using DL check if:    Tokens had sight    There was some light source available    There was a lights source that was "Visible to Players"
Thank you so much Keithcurtis!  Your fix worked!  I couldn't have done it without you.  I appreciate your help. -Francisco
