Our Game Is Gone

Completely. Absolutely. Gone. It's our weekly Wednsday campaign, and we all log on to find that the game has disappeared completely. Not even the DM can see it anywhere. And we are all ungodly pissed about it. What's going on here?

Is the DM the creator of the game?
He is, yes.
We're all at the point that we're about to jump ship and find some other site or program to play our games, because this isn't the first time Roll20 has screwed us over.
If the GM can email the game details (the join link, the name of the game, the last date it was known to be intact, etc.) to team@roll20.net they might be able to restore it.
We're trying. They've been slow. Because apparently a lot of people have found reasons to submit tickets lately. Which I find unsurprising given my history here.

Cameron C. said: Because apparently a lot of people have found reasons to submit tickets lately. Massive surge in new users and the servers at times taking a hit from the substantial increased load? Yeah, no surprise. Roll20 15 times the old amounts of support tickets. Is there a chance the GM might have accidentally removed the wrong game recently? There are now and then people on the forums posting about having deleted the wrong campaign, to the degree that games disappearing are more likely to be user error than it suddenly just vanishing. But regardless of which way it is, only Roll20 can do something about it.
Hey Cameron C. - Our apologies for the delay! As other folks have mentioned, we have had an absolutely massive surge in support requests, but we did find your ticket and have just responded - we'll try to get this resolved for you as soon as possible! Since we're handling this over another medium, I'm going to be closing this post. Thank you!
