Map isn't loading for players

When the DM shared the link, he was able to access all of the features and view the map. However, none of the players could see it upon launching the game. All we saw was a black square. I tried clearing my cache, turning off extensions, and using different browsers that are up to date, but nothing worked. Is there a setting that should be selected or something? 

He has Fog of War on and has not edited your tokens to give you sight.

If Dynamic Lighting is on, check to make sure have tokens have sight and that there are light sources available. If (regular) Fog of War is on, make sure that the GM has used the Reveal Area tool (looks like an eyeball) to "unhide" sections of the map. The default is to obscure everything.
