One of my players can't see anything in the Journal tab

It was working for her just a few hours ago, but now she can't see any of the character sheets or handouts we have on there. We have tried restarting her browser/computer, clearing her browser cache, and (the most extreme fix attempt), starting a new server. Nothing works. She can still see her journal tab on other games she's in.
