Lag slows game to a halt between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm PDT on weeknights

I am a new user who purchased a Pro account, and I have been unable to play or even prepare my game on weeknights in the US due to the horrific lag. My weekly group plays on Wednesday nights from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm PDT (GMT -8). I have done ***EVERYTHING*** to reduce the lag, including building all my maps in photoshop so that there are as little assets in memory as possible, turning off dynamic lighting (even though I'm paying for it), clearing my chat cache, disabling Crome plug-ins, dropping voice chat, etc.. Even when I am preparing the game or just exploring Roll20's features *alone* on a blank map on a test game with no assets that I created, EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I. DO. -- EVERY. CLICK,. EVERY. DRAG., EVERY. RESIZE. -- HAS. AN. INCREASINGLY. LONGER. DELAY. on every weeknight starting at around 7:00 pm PDT. The lag is bearable during earlier hours, but as soon as 7:00-ish rolls around, the game slows down, becoming literally unplayable between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm PDT. Is there *anything* that is being done to address this? If so, when will those things be implemented?
I've been having the same problems with horriffic lag and sever disconnect issues.   I posted about this yesterday but no-one has replied to me yet.  I can only assume they are aware of the issue but have not yet found a solution.
Same, My group is looking at other VTTs atm, when we have to wait 30 seconds between rolls its rediculous, IF i want to set up a random encounter on the fly, its taking 10 min just to drag and drop some tokens on the map. I run multiple campains and I dont even use API anymore even though im PRO because of all the instability.
It was terrible last night!
