link to forum thread is not working?

Hi, i have posted a thread in the API forum, i have sent the link to a few people but they are not able to open it, permalink doesn't work either. I am wondering at this point if my post was moderated and i am the only one seeing it? Yep looks like it's been closed or deleted. I get the same "Page Not Found" error message.

weird, i can still open the link without errors, and i don't see any mention on it being closed or anything. do they need to be approved or something before they become visible?

should i just try reposting and see if the new one shows up?

I would try that. If the page was moderated for some reason, I would think you would have gotten a direct message.

Nope. "Page Not Found" You may want to submit a request over at the Help Center: <a href="https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new" rel="nofollow">https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new</a> There must be something in your post that is triggering something to block it.

ok thank you for checking, i will do that. I was hoping to get some official response on the forum but apparently there is no real support/moderation here.

They do provide support, but they are swamped and I think they focus more on issues people are having in game than with the Forum. It may take them a few days to get to your issue. Be sure to post back here with the cause so people will know what not to do in the future.

honest question, does roll20 have a support team? what do i need to do to get some support around here? the original ticket is from 11 days ago, i have tried opening a ticket through the help desk 10 days ago and never got an answer, sent a private message to Juniper 7 days ago after he chimed in and got no reply... is this normal?
