Math error happening

For some reason I'm getting a really weird math arithmetic error. [[6+0+floor((4/2)-5)]] is calculating as 3 instead of 6 at a minimum. Please help

That's because 6 + - 3 = 3

Like I would overwrite the max value of my HP attribute but it would always go back to 0 and so forth
