Error while re-subscribing

[SOLVED] Hey there, two years ago I subscribed to roll20 for a few months, used the features without problem, but unsubscribed duo to personal reasons. Now I'm back and want to renew my subscription. I don't have a credit card, so my only option is to use paypal. If I try to re-subscribe I get directed to an error page with nothing to do and a long error code, that changes everytime I repeat the steps. I've already tried consulting the FAQ, it's directing me to the 'manage payments' page on paypal, but my subscription was 2 years ago and the payment is long marked as inactive, without my being able to terminate the initial authorization. So that's a dead end as far as I know.  I've already created a ticket and sent an e-mail, but haven't heard back from roll20 for two weeks. Does anyone know how to handle this problem or experienced something simiar? I know roll20 expiriences more traffic than usual, but how long do I have to expect for a ticket to take to be processed under the current circumstances? For recreating purposes: Windows 10, tried chrome, IE, but same results. Best regards,  Kalle
[SOLVED] Update : I heared back from the support team. Gifting oneself the necessary credits for the first payment and then subscribing seems to be a workaround. My first subscription went through and paypal connected like it should do! I'm not 100% sure what caused the issue, but as long as it works for now I'm satisfied.
