Main screen forever loading bug

The main screen with the map loads forever and I never get to interact with the map or my character on the map. It is working for everyone else in my party, but it's been like this for me for like 3 weeks. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Hi Atela F., Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues: Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Check if the GM is using the (currently in beta testing) Updated Dynamic Lighting (UDL) system on those pages. If they are, ask them to use the Legacy Dynamic Lighting (LDL) system instead (or no Dynamic Lighting at all) and see if you can get in then. UDL is still glitchy and this is a common problem that some users have.
