Help accessing content from bundle

I recently purchased a bundle from the marketplace and I'm having trouble accessing some of the content. The modules and game add-ons load in a game, but I can't figure out how to access the rulebook that came with it. The rulebook says it can't be downloaded. Can anyone help me figure out how to read the rulebook? It's the Fiasco bundle, if that helps.

It's a bit hard to tell from the marketplace page, it seems to imply that it adds content to the Compendium though - have you looked in there? Between the Journal and Compendium it should hopefully have everything you've paid for.
