I’m playing a gnome wizard in a Curse of Strahd campaign on Thursday nights. This week our cleric was out of town. Since I had some experience playing a cleric in Adventurer’s League, I volunteered to run his character for him. It made me realize, I really really miss playing a cleric. So, I’d like to find a campaign to join where I can recreate that character, a dwarven Light Cleric. He’s a Battlemaiden of Haela Brightaxe, slightly reflavored from their typical War domain into Light. Nothing too fancy, no UA or homebrew content, just a character I really enjoy playing. I’d like to find something running weekly, sometime Sunday-Wednesday nights EST (Thursday is for Strahd, and weekend nights are for trying to have a life away from D&D). Homebrew is fine, though I’d honestly prefer to play one of the WOTC modules if possible. I don’t mind jumping into an already established game if you’ve lost a player, though I’d prefer if I could still keep it at level 5 or lower. About me: I’m a 41 year old cis male, married, working professional who will be working from home at least through the rest of the year (thanks, COVID!) so availability isn’t really a concern. I’m very liberal and supportive of all backgrounds, so I’d love to find a group with some variation among the players... it’s just more fun to have people with different experiences rather than a table full of old white dudes like me. Bringing together different people is one of the best things TTRPGs can do.
