Your best bet is to submit a Help Center Request <a href="https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new" rel="nofollow">https://roll20.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new</a> I would recommend adding URGENT to the subject line, as the response time is delayed and I believe the backups only go back 7 days. I would also send the same message in an email to <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a>, just to cover my bases.
