Cannot hear or see players

This happens literally every other session - even during our live streams where we use roll 20. We all have extensions disabled, all using chrome and yet we still continually switch who we can hear even mid-use. We've emailed the team about this issue with NO reply at all and this issues seem to be getting worse. We even have an entire game session that we had to abandon and remake because every time we load into it no one can hear or see each other.

I just checked this on THREE other PCs than my current and all are experiencing the same issue. The other members of our group have checked as well.

I have the same issue, with multiple games I'm running.

Are you using Roll 20's native video and voice feature?  My players and I found that we had to move to Discord for voice in order to stop having issues with it. One of the games I'm in also uses Discord for video, and that seems to work well. But we gave up on Roll 20's video and voice feature.
