roll 20 wont even load

friend of mine tried to join a game and all he got was a grey screen and in the https://all it says is about blank he tried joining on internet explorer firefox and chrome. anyone else have this issue?

A few questions for your friend: How was he joining the campaign? Through the launch link on the campaign page, invite email, Google Hangouts, or something else? Does his account work normally? Can he join other campaigns and view the rest of the website?
