Those screenshots look like you are using the Microsoft Edge browser. Roll20 officially supports Firefox and Chrome only. Can you try with one (or both) of those browsers?

I have used both edge and Chrome with the same result but I am sure this is the Chrome console from my attempt on Chrome.  I had Edge open for work websites.

I assume other games load OK? Were you using the new Updated Dynamic Lighting (UDL) in this game? Did you have a particularly large map in this game? Or does it have many maps and characters in it?

This is the only game I am playing and that I belong to so I am not sure on whether other games load okay.  We have just started the campaign and have two main rooms exposed on the map and I am not sure how big the unexposed portion is.  We have six adventurers playing and just encountered 6 skeletons.

I was assuming you were the DM. You can ask the DM those questions. I also assume other players have no trouble accessing the game? Have you tried connecting to the game via an Incognito browser session?

Yes all the others can access. Yes I have tried via Incognito browser session using Chrome. I tried on three different laptops with same result to Windows Machines and one Mac.  I did some research and made sure Ports 1935 and 4070 were not blocked. I will ask the DM the other questions later today as he is a timezone behind me.
