Token information lost on copy and paste

(I'm using the Pathfinder Community Sheet and the Pathfinder Companion Script. Just want to get this info out there before I start.) When I copy and paste a character token, whether directly through Ctrl+c Ctrl+v or through dragging a sheet out of the journal tab, it doesn't keep certain values. Usually, it unticks the Bar1-3 boxes and the name box. I set up the general settings so all-new tokens have them ticked by default. It's not the end of the world but when I'm setting up large scale encounters it wastes a ton of time going through each token and making sure that the correct bars are visible when I could just set it up to drag and drop. Is this a known issue? Am I doing something wrong? It's been doing this for months now and it's a bit aggravating. If anyone has any insight it would help immensely.

Even when I have dragged it from the journal section I have had it lose information.

Are you certain you are setting up the default tokens in the proper order? An unexpected token setting upon a journal drag is usually the sign that a token parameter was set after the default token was assigned. Assigning the default token should be the last step, akin to "saving your work". If this is not what is happening, I have seen some reports of AC not linking properly on some PF sheet ( I can't remember which) If AC is proving the issue, try finding an attribute called "armor_class", or similar.

But the whole point is to make things faster for my players and myself. Having to do everything manually does nothing for any of us. Either way, here are some examples of what happens. If I'm dragging from sheets it only intermittently does this but I set the tokens up the same way every time. The first link is how I set up the default settings for the game, the second is the token I've attached to the sheet and the third is one I've dragged out. The same thing happens when I copy and paste.
