Looking for a DM to lead a group of adventures on a DND 5e story

Looking for a DM who is free to play Mondays at 6:00 PM EST, can handle building towns and holding a decently consistent story. I was a DM running a ghost of saltmarsh campaign for a group of 4 of my friends but am unable to hold my town building together good enough to provide a consistent story and as such I ended up making some mistakes and because of my inexperience i am getting myself bent out of shape trying to think of ways to keep everything in check. There is about 4 players but if possible i would like to join as a character and continue to at least play in the story but not make the story.  most of us have little experience but we have enough experience to understand the basics of role-play and DND. We still have lots to learn but we atleast aren't desert wastelands in terms of the knowledge we possess.

Is the time of day flexable?
