Community Forums: Why don't the 3D dice match the results?

Sometimes the 3D dice show one value and the chat window shows another. We have a house rule that we only use the chat box value, but it results in some heart break sometimes. Tonight the d12 showed an 11 and the d6 showed a 5, but the chat windows said 5 and 5. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there an adjustment that can make this less likely?

That sounds a little strange. Can you get a screenshot next tim it happens?  Also, hover the results in chat and see if there are more dice being rolled in the formula. Lastly, press up with the chat focused and copy the contents from  there and post it.
