This is an old BECMI Mystic class skill check in the book it was written as Acrobatics Check = d% roll vs. ([3 X Dex] + [2 X Level]) The example was, a 3rd level Mystic with Dexterity 15 would have a 51% chance to perform an Acrobatics feat.

The attribute calls might differ based on the sheet (if one is being used) but it should be along the lines of: [[ 1d100<[[(@{dex}*3)+(@{level}*2)]] ]] That will output a 0 on a fail or a 1 on a success.
