viewing battle maps / character sheet

Since the lockdown I have started playing (as a player not a DM) through here. I have a MacBook Pro (catalina) dan i am experiencing the following:  I can not see the battle maps or the enemies on the map. All I see is a black screen and my party.  The second thing I am having a hard time with is accessing / editing my character sheet.  Can you assist with these glitches? Thank you 

Hello Chris, Please carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser. Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20. Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache. If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4. (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Make sure your GM has properly set your token's sight, the token represents your character, that there is a light source available, and that they have not covered the map with fog of war. What is the specific problem you are having with character sheet access? Finally, make sure you are using Chrome or Firefox, the only two supported browsers. Plenty of people play using Macbooks, so this is almost certainly a procedural error, somewhere.

I downloaded fire fox and it worked.  I am able to see the battle field and i am able to access the character sheet. thank you for you help
