They do appear to have changed the image on the module, probably due to the number of folks having trouble finding it. I created mine months ago, and I believe it only said "Essentials Kit" at the time. As for the Compendium sharing slots, I can see your point. A number of people have requested this in the past, but I believe the numbers likely come down to a licensing agreement between Roll20 and WotC. I don't think Roll20 can arbitrarily change that. You can keep all of the content in a game that doesn't have Compendium sharing turned on, though. It's just that the players won't have access. It's still a pain, since they can't easily level up or add/subtract spells and equipment with drag and drop. But you, the compendium owner will always have access in any game you create. All of the module-provided material (maps, monsters, magic items, everything that has a character sheet or a handout) will remain as well. It only affects player access to the compendium. Some folks go the route of swapping access around, making sure the game they are currently in has access at that point in time. But that does require some scheduling and planning. I don't think there are many alternatives, though.
