Lighting Bounds Locked to Tokens, Quick Contruction of a New Page from a Source Image

IDK if this has already been suggested so sorry if it has. I would ask for a way to lock some of the information on the dynamic lighting layer, to a token that it represents on the token layer so that it can all be moved simultaneously when the token is moved. In the roll 20 guide it advises using X's to represent tree trunks etc on the lighting layer which in my experience works well. However if I move the tree trunk token then it can be assumed I want the associated lighting bounds to be moved as well. Maybe this could be similar to linking characters to tokens? The benefits include the quick and seamless ability to create new and interesting battle maps that still utilize updated dynamic lighting. In my previous example a GM could feasibly set up a grassy/woodlands BG with a bunch of tree trunk tokens on them. Then in real time they could move the tree and other tokens about to create a unique map each time. Currently if this map was to be lit too, then it would need to be set up ahead of time. Another thing is it would be really convenient if I could say right click on an image that I have uploaded and have the option to create a new page using it. There would be a dialog box that could open allowing me to specify the dimensions of the new page. It would also set the source image to the map layer.
