Dnd 5E looking for a band of adventurers

Hi there!  I'm  a relatively new DM looking to build experience and currently living in an isolated setting, planning on starting a beginner group.  I'm looking for a group to voice/video with me, we can build characters together if you wish to, and all learn as we go along,  I'm keen for input and community so anyone welcome A

Are you looking for new players specifically? I've been playing off and on for about 5 years now, but I'm always interested in trying a new game. I don't have a webcam, but a fully functional mic and I have a relatively available week as well. Good luck with the game, let me know if you'd be interested in having a veteran player/dm potentially.

Hi there Kyle,  To be completely honest, I'm pretty easy!  I'd like to play Dnd and I'm looking to get a few people together for it,  If you're keen happy to work something out, would you prefer to DM or be a pc normally? 

Hi Adam, My wife and I are interested in joining a new adventure. She's relatively new to the roleplaying world; I've been playing a bit longer but have been a DM only for the past couple years and am looking for a chance to play as a character alongside her. We have been using Discord for voice with the previous games but would be happy to try something else if you prefer. Like Kyle said, I understand if you're looking for new players only, but would also be happy to help you learn if you'd like.

Hi Spycrab,  Sounds great to me guys! My only worry would be you may out experience me in being a DM, but I've got time to put in and always open to criticism, unless Kyle fancies being DM!  Definitely not specific to just new players, I'd just like a space that's open to those questions everyone has at first and where everyone has patience for those learning.  I personally haven't used discord for dnd before as I imagined a group video call would be more engaging but I'm also open for suggestions on that,  I use Skype, zoom and 8x8 for my business and the latter of which is pretty simple if you have good connection

Hello Adam, I’ve been a dungeon master for about a year and I’m really looking to be a player. I just got on Roll 20 and I’m hoping we can find a group. I have a few characters, but I wouldn’t mind creating a new character with the group.

Are there any restrictions on time already? Since you're "french" it might not be fitting for say EST players... Also, what kind of campaign do you have in mind? Are you fine with people without "video" option

I'm British but on french time so GMT + 2 hours, feel free to opt out of that's an issue,  Campaign wise depends on the party I assemble, if all new standard list mimes to get people into the mechanics,  If one or two are more experienced and bored of that I'd run something a little more interesting and homebrew 

I'd be interested in playing, how do you want to talk about everything, skype, or?

We live in US Central (UTC -5) so we're 7 hours behind you. If you are interested in playing in the evening on Saturday or Sunday for you, that would be a reasonable time for us (noon to mid-afternoon.) During the week I work until 5pm my time, which would be midnight for you, so probably a little late for a game xD. For the next few months I will be free Sunday mornings, but at some point that will change to being free Saturday mornings, if you wanted to play earlier in the day for you.

Im in it for the thursday evenings at 8 (GMT +2, which is 2 o'clock EST), as was posted. Thats the only time I'm available tbh...  Set the time and place (Zoom/Skype/8x8), A!
