I have a player who has suddenly begun having major audio issues for our game. We have all used Bluetooth headsets to connect to the game for more than a year without issue; suddenly the headset works for everything else on the computer. If the applet connects to the microphone in her headset, she can’t hear anyone else. If it connects to the microphone on the laptop, it works but is so distorted from background that we can barely understand her. We have tried in both chrome and Firefox, we have cleared cache in both, removed all (1) add on from the game, and tried rolling back windows 10 updates, all with no luck. We have also tried using a separate plug-in microphone, and couldn’t get it to recognize it at all. We’ve been doing our best to limp along and make it work, but the noise distortion from the laptop mic makes that difficult. The headset is an MPOW H20, and we also tried Lavalier lapel mic to no avail. Any help or advice for this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
