Aufio/video chat

Hello.  I've a problem with the video chat.  My players can't see and hear the others but can see and hear me...  I can see and hear all of them.  Is there a option to fix this?  Thanks

Have they hit the "Reconnect" button? (Swirly arrows) in the corner of their video box?

Yes they have. I check again with them, thanks.

You can also right-click one of the player names and select "Reconnect All". If that doesn't work, everyone should try the WebRTC troubleshooter and see if any glaringly bad items come up (Roll20 can work without some of the more esoteric options). <a href="https://test.webrtc.org/" rel="nofollow">https://test.webrtc.org/</a>

Finally, i just use "voice only" option and it works.

We had the same issues. sometimes A seeing B,C,D and B seeing C,D,F and so forth. A real mix where we never got the complete group to see the complete group. Alls the trouble shooting did not work for us, so we actually switched to a different voice and video platform. Since then we are very happy :) If there is a real solution for this in Roll20 though it would be much nicer, as it does not cramp up the scace with the extra video feeds so much.
