Unable to Start/Restart API Sandbox

For the past several days, I have been unable to start or restart the API sandbox for one of my campaigns. This is even while simultaneously logged in on another tab.

The first thing to check is if you can restart the sandbox if you disable all but one script? Try it twice, with a different script enabled each time. Its possible this week's update (on Monday/Tuesday) might have broken a script. The above is a way to test that. It's also possible (maybe more likely) that its some issue that roll20 needs to fix, but the above is worth trying.
Attempted to restart the sandbox with the following config: all scripts disabled each of the 13 scripts solely enabled It doesn't appear to be related to any currently installed scripts. It also doesn't occur in every campaign.
The Api Output Console is keep saying: API sandbox shutdown due to campaign inactivity. with all the scripts disable. I also tryed what you said.

That does sound like a roll20 glitch then. People report this from time to time and direct need assistance from roll20 devs to get it fixed. 
Also experiencing this issue. :( @GiGs, what's the process for getting assistance from the Roll20 devs? Do you know?
